We are monitoring recommendations from the CDC and Florida Department of Health closely and are committed to implementing practices and procedures to keep our patients, staff and community safe.
For the health and safety of all patients and staff, especially high-risk patients, our office is taking strict measures to decrease foot traffic in the office and as a result are transitioning all non-essential appointments to phone consultations and will only allow a small number of patients receiving active-treatment for a life-threatening illness to enter the office.
We do not have coronavirus tests or the ability to diagnose patients, if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath and cough, please contact your primary care physician or urgent care facility immediately (call ahead).
We take the following instructions very seriously and kindly ask that you respect them for the health and safety of all involved.

ESSENTIAL IN-OFFICE VISITS ONLY, PHONE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE

There will be minimal patient access for only those individuals receiving treatments for life-threatening illnesses. The office staff remains available to assist you with all matters via telephone or through our patient portal.
Physicians appointments are available for scheduled consultations by phone or patients may reschedule their appointment for a later date when in-person consultations are available.
This policy is in place to maintain a safe environment for the protection of all patients and staff, especially for patients who are receiving treatment related to a life-threatening illness and as a result have a compromised immune system or are considered high-risk for infection.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS & HOLISTIC CARE
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and have implemented additional steps throughout the property to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to cleaning procedures.
Hand washing, appropriate hydration, adequate nutrition, exercise and rest are the gold-standard to preventing infection. Our staff recognizes the interaction between our mind, nervous system and the immune system and the harm to our health that fear, worry and anxiety can cause. In addition to practicing social distancing and hygiene best-practices, we encourage you to practice coping mechanisms like mindfulness, calming breathing techniques, and hope that you take the time to be in safe, open-air, natural settings.
